How to change ShopeePay PIN
There are three different ways to change your PIN on ShopeePay. Take a look at the three methods and steps below.
ShopeePay Wallet Settings
The first method is to simply change your PIN in your account settings.
Step 1: Open Shopee on your smartphone.
Step 2: Go to your ShopeePay wallet settings.
Step 3: Select “PIN & Biometrics.”
Step 4: Tap on “Change ShopeePay PIN.”
Step 5: Enter your current ShopeePay PIN.
Step 6: Enter your new ShopeePay PIN.
Step 7: On the next page, you will be asked to verify and re-enter the new ShopeePay PIN.
Step 8: Your ShopeePay PIN change will have been set up successfully.
Forgot ShopeePay PIN
If you don’t remember your current PIN, you can still change it to a new one.
Step 1: Launch the Shopee app on your phone.
Step 2: Go to your ShopeePay wallet settings.
Step 3: Go to “PIN & Biometrics.”
Step 4: Select “Forgot ShopeePay PIN.”
Step 5: Shopee will send a One-Time Password to your registered mobile number.
Step 6: Enter the OTP once you have received it and tap on “Next.”
Step 7: Enter your new ShopeePay PIN.
Step 8: Type in your new ShopeePay PIN again.
Step 9: Your PIN should have been successfully changed now.
Reset PIN after account is disabled
You can reset your PIN and choose a new one if your account becomes disabled due to five attempts at logging in with an incorrect PIN.
Step 1: On the login page, select “Forgot PIN.”
Step 2: You will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP and select “Continue.”
Step 3: Enter your new ShopeePay PIN.
Step 4: Re-enter new ShopeePay PIN.
Step 5: Confirm your new PIN.
