GCash Padala Refund

If you’ve sent money using GCash Padala, the receiver must claim it by creating a GCash account or through GCash Padala outlets.

But if you’ve sent it to the wrong person, you can ask for help from the GCash Help Center, provided that the person hasn’t claimed it yet.

GCash isn’t liable for this if it’s already been claimed. Therefore, you must always ensure that you input the correct name and number when sending money.

Lastly, if the receiver hasn’t claimed the money within 15 days, it will be returned to the sender’s GCash balance.

    • Hi Manzur,

Kindly update your GCash app. You can also try deleting the cache and re-installing the GCash app if that doesn’t work. Also, don’t forget to restart your phone.
