How to Use Lazada Wallet Rebates: Beginner’s Guide

You can now pay safely, smoothly, and without hassle with this new cashless payment method.

All Lazada Wallet transactions are covered by the company’s Payment Protection. 

What are Lazada Rebates?

Lazada Rebates are cash rewards that the app gives when you buy certain items. They vary from item to item and you’ll get them after the item has been delivered to you. You can then use your Lazada wallet which contains the rebates for your next purchase.

Rebates in Lazada can also mean cashback. All your rebates will be shown on the rebates page so you can track the available and pending amounts.

There are numerous ways to earn rebates through promotions and Lazada Wallet engagements.

Isn’t it good to earn cashbacks while doing convenient shopping online?

Remember that your rebates have an expiration date, and we recommend that you click on the ‘>’ button on your rebates balance summary page to learn more about it and how to extend it.

You may use your rebates as many times as you like until they are depleted and/or no longer valid.

When you pay with Lazada Wallet, rebates will be deducted first, followed by any remaining available balance.

Where to Find Lazada Rebates?

If you want to see all your Lazada rebates, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your Lazada app and go to Account

Step 2: Under Lazada Wallet, tap the balance

Step 3: Under the Available Balance, tap Rebates

Step 4: Here, you’ll see your available and pending rebates

How to Earn Lazada Rebates?

All orders paid for with the Lazada Wallet will give you rebates right away.

Each month, the maximum reward per customer is $1,000.

Rebates are credited 15 to 21 days after the product is delivered.

Refunds are valid for six months from the time they are issued.

How to Find and Use Lazada Rebate?

To see how much money is still in your rebate balance:

Login to your account -> Go to My Account -> Lazada Wallet -> Balance Details using you app.

You can earn Lazada Wallet Reward Rebates when you pay with Lazada Wallet in the following categories:

• Fine jewelry and gold
• Infant formula (infant 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-3 years)
• Feeding bottles, teats, and related items
• Insurance

Items worth more than 50,000 pesos (P50,000.00) and other products may be excluded due to regulatory laws.

Remember that Wallet Rewards Rebates do not include delivery or service fees.

Wallet Rewards do not consider voucher discounts or rebates/promotion coupons when calculating rewards.

The following item categories are not eligible for Wallet Rewards:

• e-vouchers/digital vouchers/mobile vouchers/gift cards/e-wallet top-up

What you need to know about your wallet rewards:

• Wallet Rewards will be credited to your Lazada Wallet as rebates within 15 to 21 business days after the item was delivered.
• Customers will not be able to withdraw rebates from their Lazada Wallet because these rebates are only valid for purchases made on the Lazada Platform.
• Rebates cannot be redeemed for mobile load, digital vouchers, or other cash equivalents.
• Unused Wallet Rewards will expire six (6) months after being credited to your Lazada Wallet.
