How to Link PayMaya Physical Card to the App
Assuming you now have your PayMaya card, to link it to the app, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to your PayMaya app
Step 2: Select the Cards tab
Step 3: Tap Activate a Maya Card
Step 4: Input the details from the card such as Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, and create a PIN then tap Link Card
Step 5: Wait for the confirmation and you’re done!
Once you’ve successfully linked your PayMaya physical card to the app, it can immediately be used.
Do I need to link PayMaya Virtual Card?
No, you don’t need to link your PayMaya virtual card to the app. The virtual card can be seen and used when you have at least P100 in your balance.
As such, you don’t need to buy the virtual card as it’s always available as long as you have sufficient balance.
Conversely, the virtual card can’t be removed.
How to Remove Linked Card in PayMaya?
If you want to remove a linked physical card in PayMaya, follow along:
Step 1: Open your PayMaya app and go to Cards
Step 2: Select your PayMaya physical card
Step 3: Tap Block Card
Step 4: Select the reason for blocking the card and Submit
Step 5: Enter your password to confirm
Step 6: You’ve now blocked your old card and you can link a new one
Note that you can only use one PayMaya physical card at a time.
