How to Pay PLDT Using PayMaya

To pay your PLDT bill in PayMaya, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your PayMaya app and tap Bills

Step 2: Select Telecoms

Step 3: Tap PLDT Home

Step 4: Enter your PLDT account number and amount and tap Continue

Step 5: Confirm the details and pay

Tip: To make the process faster next time, you can add PLDT to your favorites list. This will save the account number for you so you can just pay each month.  

Is there a fee when paying PLDT in PayMaya?

No, there’s no biller’s convenience fee when you pay PLDT in PayMaya. But for other billers, there might be a fee.

The fee might range from P1 up to P30 depending on the transaction.
