How to pay PLDT using UnionBank Online

Paying bills on the UnionBank is a piece of cake. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit UnionBank Online on a web browser on your computer or open the banking app on your phone.

Step 2: Log into your UnionBank Online account by entering your username and password.

Step 3: From the app’s home dashboard, go to “Pay Bills.”

Step 4: Next, tap on “Select Biller” at the top of the screen

Step 5: Choose from the Billers List by scrolling down or using the search box. Select “PLDT.”

Step 6: Enter the biller information and account details. You will have to input your PLDT 10-digit account number and landline number.

Step 7: Select the UnionBank account you want to pay from.

Step 8: Enter the payment details.

Step 9: You may opt to repeat the payment on a specific date each month to automate your bill payment. This way, you won’t have to repeat this process every time your billing statement arrives.
