What is PRC?
PRC or the Professional Regulation Commission is a government agency that is an extension of the Department of Labor and Employment.

Follow these steps on how to pay PRC using PayMaya:
Step 1: Sign in to the PRC website online.

Step 3: On the Payment Channel options, tap the Pay by PayMaya.
Step 4: Check the details once again before clicking Submit.
Step 5: Choose between Express Checkout or Scan PayMaya QR.
Step 6: To scan the QR code, open the PayMaya app on your smartphone or take a screenshot if you are using your phone to access the PRC website.
Step 7: Tap Scan to Pay and direct the camera to the screen or upload a photo of the QR code.
Step 8: Click Pay and save your payment receipt.

PRC Payment Fee
Payment fees to the PRC differ according to the type of transaction.
Depending on your field, examination fees can range from PhP 450 to PhP 1,500.
Holders of Bachelor’s degrees typically pay PHP 900, while retakes cost PHP 450.
The lowest is PhP 600 for Non-Baccalaureate degree holders, while the highest PHP 1,500 is for Ocular Pharmacologists.
On the other hand, the renewal fee for the PRC ID costs between PHP 420 to PHP 450, which is suitable for three years.
You must also remember that there is an 8-peso convenience fee when paying with PayMaya in case you need to cash in first before using the app.
Other Ways to Pay PRC Online
You can pay your fees directly at the PRC website after filling out the information for your selected transaction.
If you have a Visa, MasterCard, JCB Debit, or Credit Cards, you need to enter your card details on the secure payment page.
You can also pay via Landbank if you have an iAccess account.
The GCash interface can also be loaded if you select GCash as your payment channel.
What are the convenience fees for PRC payments?
PayMaya, GCash, Visa, MasterCard, and JCB have the lowest convenience fee of 8 pesos.
LandBank has a 10 pesos convenience fee while BancNet charges 20 pesos.
If you do not want to be charged the convenience fee, you can pay directly at the PRC Cashier, such as when you need to pick up a document.
