How to transfer money from BPI to BDO

There are several different ways you can make a fund transfer. You can do it directly on the BPI app, or you can use digital wallets like GCash, GrabPay, and ShopeePay.

Via BPI app

Step 1: Open your BPI Mobile Banking App and log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to the menu on the left side and tap on “Transfers.” Then, tap on “Transfer Money.”

Step 3: Select which BPI account you would like to transfer from.

Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to transfer.

Step 5: Choose from the options to transfer to your own account, 3rd party BPI account, or another bank. If you are transferring to BDO, you will choose “another bank.”

Step 6: Select BDO Unibank Inc. from the list of banks.

Step 7: Type in the account number and account name.

Step 8: Tap on “Next” and review the details.

Step 9: Confirm and complete the transaction.

Via GCash

Step 1: Open the GCash app on your smartphone and log in with your MPIN.

Step 2: Cash in using your linked BPI account.

Step 3: After you cash in, on the home menu, tap on the “Transfer” icon.

Step 4: Select BDO from the partner banks list.

Step 5: Enter the amount you will transfer.

Step 6: Input the account name and number. You also have the option to enter your email where the receipt will be sent.

Step 7: Tap on the blue “Send Money” button on the bottom to complete the transaction.

Via GrabPay

Step 1: Open the Grab app on your phone.

Step 2: Go to your Grab Wallet by tapping on the “Payment” icon on the bottom center.

Step 3: Cash in to your Grab Wallet using your BPI linked account.

Step 4: Once you have funded your Grab Wallet, tap on “Transfer.”

Step 5: Select “Send to bank account.”

Step 6: Choose BDO and input the relevant account details.

Step 7: Confirm the transfer details and complete the transfer.

Via ShopeePay

Step 1: Open the Shopee app on your mobile phone.

Step 2: Go to your ShopeePay wallet.

Step 3: Cash in to your wallet with your linked BPI account or linked BPI debit card.

Step 4: After cashing in, you can either tap on “Send Money” for Instapay for “Bank Transfer” for PESONet transfers.

Step 5: Tap on “Send to Bank Account” and add the BDO account details.

Step 6: Enter the amount you want to transfer and complete the fund transfer.
