1. Proceed to the Me page of your Shopee app.

2. Click on the “To Pay” or “To Ship” button under the My Purchases.

3. Select the order which you wish to cancel.

4. On the Order Details page, tap on the “Cancel Order” button.

5. Choose the reason behind your cancellation request.

6. Select “Confirm,” and your cancellation request will be placed.

7. To confirm if the product was successfully cancelled, you should see it on the Cancelled tab under the “My Purchases”.

Before canceling your order, you have to think twice before placing a request.

For every order, you can only request a cancellation once.

How to cancel order in shopee when it’s already paid?

To cancel your Shopee order when you already paid it on the app, follow these steps:

1. Open your Shopee app and tap Me

2. Tap “To Receive”

3. Select your order from the list and tap Return/Refund
