  6. A prompt will appear indicating that a Customer Care Specialist will get in touch with you to cater to your inquiry or concern.
  7. Once a Customer Care Specialist is available, the app will the allow you to type in your inquiry(ies) and/or concern(s) and the Customer Care Specialist will ask for further details until your concern is resolved.
