Step 1: Open your Foodpanda app

Step 2: On the home page, scroll down and tap “How was your order?”

Step 4: Select what stood out the most and type your comment if you have any

What is the Rating System in Foodpanda?

The Foodpanda rating system is designed to help customers make an informed decision when ordering food online.

It consists primarily of the star and the review sections. Customers can leave a rating after an order from 1-5, with 5 being the highest.

They can also leave a review about their order not exceeding 200 characters. Aside from those, customers will also be asked what they liked the most from their order by choosing any of these:

  • Taste
  • Portion Size
  • Packaging
  • Ingredients
  • Value for money
  • Special requests
  • Menu information
  • Order was complete

Other users won’t be able to see what you selected in the section “What did you like”. This is meant as feedback for the restaurant/shop management.

Lastly, there will be an average rating below each restaurant/shop in Foodpanda, with 5 stars being the highest. It will also show the approximate number of people who rated the store.

Foodpanda makes it easy to see reviews of any store in the app. Though they don’t show your reviews, you can easily access the reviews of the store through these steps:

Step 1: Open Foodpanda and search for the store

Step 2: Tap on the store and select “More info”

Step 3: There, you should see the average rating, address, opening times, reviews, and the About section

The most recent comments sort the reviews. You’ll see the date, first name, rating, and the comment, if there are any.

You can scroll down to see all the reviews but can’t reply.

Can you edit your review in Foodpanda?

Foodpanda doesn’t have a function that lets you edit your review. In the first place, there isn’t a tab where you can see all the reviews that you’ve made.

You can only check your review by going to the store and searching for it, among other reviews.

So, make sure you make up your mind before leaving a positive, negative, or neutral review.  

Can you delete your review in Foodpanda?

At this point, Foodpanda doesn’t allow users to delete their reviews in the app. We can’t find any way to delete your review other than contacting the customer support team.

How to rate Foodpanda rider

Currently, Foodpanda doesn’t have a direct way for customers to rate a Foodpanda rider. The rating system was designed primarily for stores and restaurants.

But you can let Foodpanda know of any feedback you have about their riders by contacting their support team.

You can also add a tip to your rider before checking out your order. Or you can give a tip personally to the rider when your order is delivered.
