If you want to know where your order is currently, it’s easy to do so in the Foodpanda app. Below are the steps:

You can only track Foodpanda orders that haven’t been delivered yet. Also, note that the GPS location of the rider on the map is delayed by a few seconds.

How long Does Foodpanda Deliver?

The delivery time for Foodpanda orders depends on a lot of things. But the usual delivery time in our experience for our orders ranges from 10 to 30 minutes.

Generally, shop orders are faster. These are the ones where the rider will buy the item/s you ordered. On the other hand, restaurant orders take the longest.

These are the things that can affect the estimated delivery time of your order:

  • How far is your address to the restaurant/shop
  • Restaurant preparation time
  • Long lines
  • Traffic/bad weather
  • Rider having difficulty finding your exact location

Shops and restaurants usually have a separate and express lane for Foodpanda orders. This ensures that your order doesn’t take too long.

We never had an experience where our order never arrived. Even though they might be late, it still arrived.

How can I Contact my Foodpanda Rider?

The app chat function is the easiest way to contact your Foodpanda rider. Once you order, you’ll have the ability to contact your rider.

In our experience, riders will also call your number when they arrive at your address.

You can also contact your rider through his phone after he has contacted you and delivered your food. Usually, the rider may have forgotten something, such as the drinks.

But if for some reason, your rider isn’t responding to your chat at all, then you can contact Foodpanda customer service.

How do I know if my Foodpanda order is Confirmed?

You’ll know that your Foodpanda order is confirmed through the app. The sure-fire way to see it is by tapping the hamburger icon on the top left > Orders & reordering > selecting your order.

You should see an estimated delivery time indicating that your order has been confirmed. In that tab, you can also see your order details like your order number, items, payment, and vouchers.

If you have any problems with your order, you can contact Foodpanda customer service through the app > hamburger icon on the top left > Help Center.

You can select your order or open a new case if you want help with another thing.

Foodpanda support will usually contact you through live chat, email, or phone call.

For instance, we reported once that the item delivered was wrong. We then contacted Foodpanda support in the app and told them the problem. They were kind enough to give us a voucher equivalent to the amount of the item.
